LED Driving Lights – are they suitable for your car?
LED is the abbreviation for light emitting diodes. These lamps are commonly used as indicator lights in vehicles. This is because they are made of components that are in the solid state. Since driving lights are used on all vehicles the stability of these lights ensures more durability. These do not require outside reflectors for focus unlike the bulbs and the fluorescents. The solid components used to make the these can be designed in such a way that the light emitted can be focused in a certain direction. This makes them more suitable for use as headlights on a vehicle.

Since they can be designed in different colours they can easily be used to make indicator lights and brake lights without the need for coloured reflectors.
